At Kbek Construction we have an energetic and highly motivated team who enjoy completing projects to the highest of industry standards. Currently, we have approximately 5 departments with 15 staff on our team at head office level with a wide range of experience and skills to ensure we can successfully deliver on any project.
How we work
A plan is typically any diagram or list of steps with details of timing and resources, used to achieve an objective to do something. It is commonly understood as a temporal set of intended actions through which one expects to achieve a goal.
Our planning process involves project analysis, site visit and reconnaissance study, design review, value engineering, scheduling, material and resource planning and allocation.
the general building process followed by our team is mobilization, material delivery, design implementation, construction safety, progress evaluation, quality control, re-scheduling, cash-flow monitoring.
Up on project completion, testing and commissioning of all works is carried out to ensure quality and functionality of all parts. Accounts close-out and hand-over of site at provisional acceptance will take place thereafter. We also inquire our customers’ satisfaction to continuously improve our performance.
